National Symposium on Healing Ministry

April 23-24, 1999    Minneapolis, MN

This symposium was unique in that it drew together a number of people who have been involved in healing ministry for some time to share the challenges and the answers to perplexing issues in ministering healing to others.  Fr. DeGrandis and  Fr. Linn both travel and write extensively.  Doug Schoeninger has extensive experience in dealing with family healing and deliverance.  Michele Greischar is a therapist who incorporates healing prayer into her work.  Dave & Iris Beardemphl led the Institute for Christian Ministries training healing ministers.  The sharing by Iris on ministering in nursing homes was one of the many high points of this excellent event.  After each talk, the other presenters offered their comments on the topic and lively question and answer periods also followed each talk.
